Cleaning the ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillow mask
Cleaning your ResMed AirFit P10 is very easy. You should clean your CPAP mask daily after each use as the buildup of facial oils and other debris can interfere with your therapy and cause damage to parts.
Gently hand wash your mask with warm water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Allow the mask to dry completely before use.
ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow Replacement Parts
The simple design of the ResMed AirFit P10 makes it easy to replace parts when necessary. Damaged and worn mask parts can cause leaks, making your CPAP therapy less effective.
It is always advisable to have extra parts on hand in case of unforeseen circumstances. Nasal pillows should be replaced approximately every three months or as needed.
To replace them, remove the old nose pads from the mask. Make sure the new cushions are properly aligned with the frame.
Underneath each pillow are the letters “L” and “R” to indicate which side is left and which is right. Once the cushions are aligned with the frame, simply press them into place until you hear a soft click.
The split strap headgear on the AirFit P10 mask should be replaced approximately every six months until a secure fit can no longer be maintained.
To replace the headgear, pass each end of the headgear strap over the stabilizers through the buttonholes.
Secure by wrapping each strap end up and around the knots. Hold the split straps and pull the head strap off the stabilizer to ensure it is secure around the knots. Make sure the headband is not twisted.
