The feature of the ResMed AirTouch F20 CPAP Mask that differs from the original Airfit™ F20 is the mask's cushion. The pillow has a memory foam layer that seals the face instead of traditional silicone. The memory foam is said to provide a much better fit and seal than silicone.

UltraSoft Memory Foam Full Face Pillow

Resmed AirTouch F20 is UltraSoft Cushion is the softest ResMed ever. UltraSoft pillows are made from lightweight, breathable memory foam that provides unparalleled comfort and a lightweight, breathable seal - even under high pressure. UltraSoft pillows conform to facial features much better than traditional silicone pillows and are breathable, so the pillow feels more natural on the face. There are two pillow sizes available – Small and Medium – to suit a variety of users. For users with larger facial profiles, large pillows are also available as a separate item.

The Resmed Mask AirTouch™ F20 uses the same frame and headgear as the AirFit™ F20, so the cushions are interchangeable between the two versions.
