The Resmed Lumis 150 VPAP STA BiLevel device is a non-invasive ventilator designed for non-dependent patients with obstructive or restrictive airway diseases. Lumis 150 VPAP STA 's unique volume assurance mode provides targeted alveolar ventilation to meet the changing needs of each patient. With an intelligent backup rate (IBR) and optional AutoEPAP, iVAPS continuously monitors ventilation and the upper airway.

Be able to tailor breathing needs:

iVAPS learns each patient's unique alveolar ventilation, sets appropriate goals, and then provides seamless pressure support that meets requirements.

Intelligent Backup Rate (IBR) gives patients the maximum opportunity to trigger the ventilator. IBR keeps the patient out of the way until they are needed and adds extra breaths to get them back to their destination comfortably.

(Available in iVAPS and ST modes.) AutoEPAP maintains upper airway patency by automatically adjusting expiratory pressure in response to partial and complete obstructions. (Available in iVAPS mode.)

Vsync ensures excellent synchronization between patient and ventilator, even when there is a significant leak.

With TiControl you can set minimum and maximum limits on either side of the patient's ideal inspiratory time to promote spontaneous breathing. Trigger and Cycle help you optimize settings according to the patient's condition using five trigger and cycle sensitivity levels.

QuickNav for low-touch therapy adjustment. By simply double-clicking the device's Home button, can switch between the Settings and Monitoring screens to quickly and easily change and review settings.

Climate Control Auto for automatic humidification. When paired with a HumidAir heated humidifier and a ClimateLineAir heating tube, Resmed Lumis humidification automatically without having to change settings and without the need for complicated menus to navigate.

Ramp and ramp down for added convenience. Lumis offers both ramp and ramp-down features to make it easier for patients to get in and out of each therapy session.

ResScan software for advanced clinical insights. ResScan allows you to download your patient's therapy data, change ventilator settings, and gain insight into therapy progress using a range of metrics (including AHI, leak, and pressure).

High-resolution data (at 25 Hz) is also available for breath-by-breath analysis and even deeper insights.

The ventilator is easy to set up and use and has a built-in wireless connection to AirView ResMedaut's cloud-based patient management system for remote monitoring.
