RETURNS
Return Policy Our policy is 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it for at least 60 days with a minimum of 4 hours per day. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returned.
Additional disposable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then you receive from your credit card company, it may take some time until your refund is officially released.
Proceed to your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will have received gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a shopping voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the item shipped to you later to give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to be exchanged to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
